I’m Edith-Nicole!

I read, write, and teach in Minneapolis.

I have a J.D. from the University of Minnesota and an M.A. from Queen Mary, University of London. Most of my working life has been in the public sector.

For six glorious years I taught cooking classes in a teeny grocery store in the North Loop before it was THE NORTH LOOP. Everyone really loved these Sweet Potato Quesadillas.

A lifetime ago, I acted and made performance art.
